Eddy Goertzen, CFP®
Eddy is a founding partner and has been in the financial advisory business for more than 24 years. He is a Certified Financial Planner and brings significant financial planning knowledge to the firm. His background as a small business owner and knowledge of corporate tax principles has helped him guide his clients through the intricacies of small business ownership. Being a father to 5 children (and hopefully grandfather to many down the road), has kept him young and continues to bring him joy.
For fun, Ed enjoys playing golf, tennis and hockey, and spending quality time with family and friends. With Jackson recently joining the firm, Ed hopes to travel a bit more with his wife, Nancy.

Franz Rempel
Franz is a founding partner and has been in the financial advisory business for more than 17 years. He has experience managing family businesses in transportation and farming, which has enabled him to relate to many of his clients and provide advice based on his knowledge of the industry. He has 2 sons who both play hockey, and Franz is the proud coach of their hockey teams.
When Franz is not coaching his boys in hockey, he enjoys a nice round of golf, and spending time with his family in Steinbach. Franz and his wife, Hanh, also enjoy travelling with their extended families.

Jackson Gustafson-Fish
Jackson is Stratton Wealth’s newest Partner and Advisor. Jackson joins the firm with 7 years of experience in Capital Markets with the Government of Manitoba as the Director of Capital Markets. He has more than 15 years of investing experience in both equities and fixed income, and is passionate about personal financial planning and identifying tax-saving strategies. As a real estate investor, he is also well-versed in alternative investments, providing a unique perspective to Stratton Wealth.
He is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) certification.
In Jackson’s free time, he loves to golf, write electronic music (find him on Spotify as ‘Jackson Fish’), partake in carpentry and wood-working projects, and spend time with his friends at their cabins in the summer. His sister, Erika, is expecting a baby this spring, and he couldn’t be more excited to become an uncle.

Nancy Gustafson
Nancy is the back bone to Stratton Wealth, ensuring all of our paperwork is filed and the trades for our clients are completed. She keeps us organized, and makes sure our t’s are crossed and i’s are dotted.
Nancy previously worked as a business consultant for over 25 years, and brings an understanding of process and operations management to Stratton Wealth.
In Nancy’s free time, she loves to go on golf trips with her husband Eddy, and she enjoys spending quality time with her family. One of her favourite summer family activities is hosting everyone for homemade burgers in the backyard. Come this April, she is very excited to become a Grandma to her daughter’s soon-to-be son.
